Hello & Welcome to Meno & Midlife Solutions

Welcome to Meno & Midlife Solutions

Hey there & welcome! We are so glad you are here!

You have joined the best place to help you remain healthy & happy during your menopausal midlife years.  Thank you for becoming part of our community. We are both really excited to be working with you.

As a valued member, you will have access to the content as and when you want and you can revisit modules & lessons as many times are you need to.

Our Guest Speaker sessions, and any other live classes/sessions, will all be recorded so if you are unavailable at the time of the live, then you can always watch in your own time. All exercise videos are supported by a guide sheet so if you are a watcher or a reader, you have the best of both to help motivate!

Remember, we have to remain STRONGER THAN OUR EXCUSES!

We hope you enjoy being part of such a positive, motivational team and we are here to help you along with your journey.

If you have any specific questions, then don't hesitate to contact us:

Lisa (for health, fitness & exercise) e: lisa@menomidlife.org.uk

or our admin email will get to us both e: admin@menomidlife.org.uk

And hey! Don't forget... "Midlife Women Rock!"

See you around, ooh how exciting!
